Artist Bio
I am a mom to three teenage daughters and a full-time Registered Nurse. I have always had a passion for creativity and artistic expression and try to foster that passion in my children and others through my YouTube art channel.
I have been working in acrylics and resin since 2018. I enjoy abstract art because each person is free to see something different in each piece. The vision I have when I’m painting won’t necessarily be what you get from it and the beauty of it all is that everyone is right.
When working with acrylic paints, I focus on bright and rich colors and creating movement and dimension. In resin, my focus is the ocean. Water inspires me and being calm and serenity even in its abundant power. It reminds me to find the peace in every storm.
It is my desire to resume teaching fluid art groups now that social distancing concerns are easing. We have all been through so much and finding a way to express emotions while creating something beautiful is something everyone should be able to experience.
