And because of that I specialize in the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage which allows the homebuyer to own their home -> mortgage payment free. I help people purchase a home without paying all-cash allowing them to live in freedom doing the things they want to do, making memories not mortgage payments. I consider this my mission.
