Southern Sno Buzz is a small sno-ball business located in Lakewood, Washington. Southern Sno Buzz specializes in New Orleans-style sno-balls, which encompass snow-like shaved ice and a variety of unique syrup flavors and toppings. Catreshia Baggett, the owner, not only manages her pop-up shop, but also sets up booths at various farmers' markets and festivals, such as the Steilacoom Farmer’s Market and Tacoma Night Market. Since the founding of SSB in August of 2021, Catreshia has worked to make sure to bring the New Orleans charm to the West Coast by offering bold flavors like Georgia Peach and Wedding Cake while making the base ice as unique as possible.​
